Things have been moving according to schedule at the club. It was expected but one can never be too certain with builders. At the very least there have been no surprises in that respect. The new decor is bound to bring a new clientele, and it's now a matter of selecting the appropriate entertainment.
Unfortunately the renovation has been on the forefront in the past month, leaving little time for much outside of work. It's likely to continue, at the very least until launch at the beginning of may. Perhaps it would be easier not to be involved, but not doing so leaves much room for error.

The refurb of the club is moving along schedule, and if the builders keep at their rate we should be done with plenty of time for summer. Given that they've only been at the task for a few days, it's not exactly time to judge their capabilities, but I am keeping on-top of the matter. The smoke damage has meant that most of the furnishings have to be to tossed, but it will allow for a complete redesign.
Can't say I'm all that bothered about the Prophet. They seem to have a habit of picking on the same dozen people or so every week. It may as well be paid advertisement.

One does hope that this weather will finally improve. The brief cold spells followed by warmer weather are more of a nuisance than anything else. Still, winter's nearly over and one supposes it is a blessing of sorts. Of course, if the summer is anything like last year, then it will hardly be the sort to boast about. The unpredictable weather does have its charms, though it makes pursuing outdoor activities far more complicated.
Then again, it might be an ill-afforded luxury.
Regardless, it's hardly the only subject matter at hand. It may, nevertheless, be a bit more exciting than the complex audits and financial reviews. They do have their purpose and have a vital role in business; Salazar knows one cannot completely rely on accountants, at least not is one hopes to know what is occurring, even with the most trustworthy of personnel. Even so, they are terribly time consuming.
